since January 1, 2026, the VAT on food has permanently dropped to 7%, and you might be wondering what that means for you!? We would like to share a bit of it with you, and have decided on the following promotion:
Golden Schnitzel Hours!
All guests who visit us from Monday to Thursday – except on Schnitzel Day or public holidays – in the early evening and free up their table for other guests by 6:30 PM will receive a 15% discount on the total bill (not just food). This is more than the VAT reduction.
Otherwise, the general increase in costs leaves us with little leeway.
In addition to energy and goods purchases, the minimum wage has also increased by 8.5%.
We see this development positively; however, since this would have affected only a few, we have taken this opportunity to raise the wages of all our employees accordingly, because it is high time that work in the gastronomy sector becomes more attractive again.
We continually receive compliments for our friendly and dedicated staff, who have remained loyal to us for many years, and we believe that the money is well invested and well deserved.
We are confident that you can understand our decision and look forward to impressing you with our services in the coming year as well.
