Since January 1, 2026, the VAT on food has been permanently reduced to 7%, and you might be wondering what this means for you.
We would like to pass some of this benefit on to you and have decided on the following promotion:
Golden Schnitzel Hours!
All guests who dine with us in the early evening from Monday to Thursday – except on Schnitzel Day or public holidays – and vacate their table by 6:30 p.m. will receive a 15% discount on their total bill (not just on food). This is more than the VAT reduction.
Otherwise, general cost increases leave us little room for maneuver. In addition to energy and purchasing costs, the minimum wage has also increased by 8.5%.
We view this development positively; however, since it would only have affected a few,
we have accordingly increased the wages of all our employees,
because it is high time that working in the restaurant industry becomes more attractive again.
We consistently receive compliments on our friendly and dedicated staff,
who have remained loyal to us for many years, and we believe that the money is well invested and well-earned.
We are sure you will understand our decision and look forward to delighting you with our service in the new year.
